Delivery Area and Fee

The Pizza & Bia team always try our best to get our pizzas to you on time and to meet your expectations in terms of quality. If you are a first time customer or your details are new to our system, Pizza & Bia will call customers in advance to confirm your order and confirm the delivery time. Please call us if there are any issues with your pizza order so we can rectify the matter for you immediately. 

In cases where the customer have sudden or unexpected events and cannot receive the goods at the time already requested, please inform our team via phone as soon as possible to cancel your order before the pizza is cooked (or to change your address or delivery details). 

In the case where Pizza & Bia did not receive your cancellation prior to pizza preparation or if we cannot contact the customers at the time the delivery arrived, Pizza & Bia will need to charge for the pizza.
