ABOUT PIZZA & BIA

Italian-style craftsmanship goes into the kneading and proofing of our pizza dough. Once our dough has proofed, we hand-toss our pizzas in the classic Italian style, and top each base with New York-style gourmet toppings, made from the highest quality imported ingredients.

Our crusts are best consumed with a beer from our extensive craft beer range. Our beers include some of Vietnam’s leading craft breweries; Heart of Darkness, East West, Tê Tê, Pasteur Street and Winking Seal. We also have an extensive wine range which includes our Pizza & Bia house wine on tap - available by the glass or carafe.
